1. Agreement to Terms

By using bAIble, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Use License and EULA

Permission is granted to download and use bAIble for personal, non-commercial use only. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

bAIble offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features. All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.3 Billing and Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. When cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription period will not be refunded.

3.5 Refunds

Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. You may request a refund directly from Apple through your purchase history in the App Store.

3.6 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for our premium subscriptions. If you begin a free trial and do not cancel before it expires, you will be automatically charged the subscription price at the end of the trial period.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (notes, sermons, etc.). By creating content, you grant us a license to store and display this content as part of our services.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the theological accuracy of AI responses.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use bAIble:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or intimidate any party
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

7. Intellectual Property

The bAIble app, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by bAIble and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

bAIble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall bAIble be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
